【with one's goodwill】 (^▽^)/
・き に して ません よ。(ki ni shite masen yo.)
・かまい ません よ。(kamai masen yo.)
【with one's malice】 ( ̄ヘ ̄;)
・かって に すれば!(katte ni sureba!)
・どう でも いい よ!(dou demo ii yo!)

I'd say "まぁいいや。" or "どうでもいいわ。" or "どーでもええわ".
These mean "Whatever."
