上手 = 「じょうず」「うわて」「かみて」
どんなときにどう読みますか。

じょうず = good, expert, skillful
かれ は うんてん が じょうずだ。 he is a good driver.
うわて = be superior to, be better than somebady
かれ は わたし より うわてだ(すぐれている) = He is superior to me.
*usually it is used only for the person.
かみて = stage left, upper part, top or head (of the table)
はいゆうが (ステージの)かみて から 登場 した。 = the actor enter through the stage left
かれ は かみて に すわった = He sat the top of the table.
*In the formal scene, senior person usually sit the top of the place or table, etc,,
in Japan.
