what does ' 되' mean ?

As andrewkim7878 mentioned above, "되" can't be considered alone, it would make sense only in a phrase or sentence.
e.g.
되다(dictionary form, menjadi)
돼요(present tense)
되고 있어요(present progressive)
되었어요 or 됐어요(past tense)
될 거예요(future tense)
되게(adverb, sangat)
etc...

Hello, Wanieyaniey. Frankly it is very hard to explain the meaning of 되.
Basic meaning of 되 is "become or be changed"
So to understand better you need to add some more elements of a sentence with 되.
