es un eufemismo... da el sentido de "cercanía" cuando la realidad que es un lugar bastante distante...

Aquisito quiere decir aqui / aca nomas un ejemplo seria:
Vamos a la Iglesia queda aquisito nomas
La estacion de Policia queda aquisito no mas

Aquisito used as a slang that could mean 'Here' but in this case is Just a diminutive (tiny / little / short) word. In Bolivia is well-known too.
