My dear Maria,
After asking such questions, other questions come to your mind :
- Do you have any siblings?
-How old are they?
-Are you oldest, middle or youngest?
- Are your siblings mean to you ?
Anyway, remember you need to use plural nouns after ANY as below:
- Do you have any friends that are like siblings to you?
- Does he have any new ideas?
- Do you have any new clients?
All nouns in the above sentences after any needs to be plural. :)
But after any you may have non-count nouns which has no "-s".
- Do you have some money to lend me?
- Does he want some more coffee?
so no singular after ANY when you have count nouns; not for siblings nor for brothers and sisters.
;)
