Dude, are you really that "in" for chickens? Hahahaha
Chicken fillet, not fillet chicken (the "chicken" in the former is the adjective; thus it is modifying the word "fillet." It definitely would make no sense if you invert it)
As for chicken pane or pane chicken, it's chicken pane. (The same rule from chicken fillet applies with this one too)
And for the finale, chicken pane and breaded chicken are the same. You can even use your favorite search engine for proof. :D
