(konnitiwa, watashi wa Jurian desu.)
oder
2. 私の名前は ジュリアン です。
(konniti wa ,watashi no namae wa Jurian desu.)

初めまして、私の名前はユリアンです。
(Hajimemashite, watashi no namae ha Jurian desu)
This is used when you meet someone for the first time :P
