hi,
直譯 - there is no medicine that can save her 。。
我們不能把一個中文成語直接翻譯成英語, (但我們一定會懂得你的意思)
我們有一個成語: "up a creek without a paddle"
還可以用別人提出的相同英語句子,
other common expressions to indicate someone is in an unlucky or terrible situation:
- she's doomed (severe)
- she's out of options (lighter)
- she's out of luck
- nothing can save her now
- she's "between a rock and a hard place"
- she's screwed (impolite, vulgar, slang)
- she's f-----d (impolite, vulgar, slang)

如果是字面上的没药救了(医院/药物/医生)
She/he is incurable.
incurable disease (绝症)
如果是指脾气,性格,人品什么的,(我估计你是说这个吧)觉得下面的可以用:
She/he really is hopeless.
She/he is completely helpless.
She/he is really impossible.

She/He is really helpless would be the translation in that sentence.
无药可救了 means both "helpless" and "incurable".
Ex: His medical condition is incurable.
She is such a helpless person. (your example)
