It is so peaceful! in Japanese.
what kind of scene you use it?
It is so noisy! is we say
"sugoku urusai" (すごくうるさい) or "sugoku sawagashi" (すごくさわがしい)
"sugoku" mean "so" or "very".

noisy = うるさい
