We also say:
Me acabo de graduar de la universidad,el mes pasado.
Acabo de egresar de la universidad el mes pasado.( I think I´ll use this one more often)

"Me acabo de graduar en la* Universidad el mes pasado"
*Literally, it would be "en UNA universidad", but it is not usual to say it in that way in spanish. We usually say "graduarse en LA Universidad", no matter the College you are graduated from, or we specify: Me acabo de graduar en la Universidad de X".
