i saw this phrase in the last episode of The Big Bang Theory this season, the original sentence is "We're gonna have to work as a team!
Get in here, grab a handful, and start stuffing!"

To take a handfull (v): to take a amount of something about the size of your hand. "Cook a handful of french fries", "I'll take another handfull of chips, please."
