(Con) respecto a: with regard to, regarding.
"no sé nada (con) respecto a este asunto": "I know nothing regarding this matter"
Respeto: respect, consideration, regard.
"Él me merece mucho respeto": "I have the highest regard/respect for him";
"Guardar el debido respeto a alguien": "To show due respect to somebody".

Respecto lo dices cuando te refieres a algo . ejemplo tu que piensas respecto a tu padre? Respeto es el q sien tes por alguien, debido a q lo respetas debes respetar lo q piensas, si lo insultas o maltratas seria irrespetarli. espero te sirva
