Can you take a photo "of me" or "of mine"??

of their or of theirs

take a photo of me = you use the camera to take of photo with me in the photo in it
take a photo of mine = you use your hand to take away a photo that I have e.g. How, where is my new photo?? Bob, have you taken / stolen a photo of mine?
The same for 'of ours' / 'of us',
So, if you;re talking about using a camera - 'a photo of us / me / them'
