How would I say "I am missing Argentina and my Argentine friends a lot today" in Spanish?
Would it be "estoy extrañando Argentina y mis amigos argentinos hoy!" Are there other/better ways to say it that would sound more natural?

"Hoy estoy extrañando mucho Argentina y a mis amigos argentinos"
I think you mean you always miss them but today is particularly hard not to be with them...

"I am missing Argentina and my Argentine friends a lot today"
Could be:

Hola, puedes decir
"Hoy estoy extrañando mis amigos argentinos, y a la Argentina". Just because I think you miss first your argentinian friends, than the country itself, that´s really big and has a lot of places to go...And may be you like so much Argentina because of your friends...I´s one of the most lovely places in the world, I´m lucky to live just a few kilometres to the west...I can go there very often...
