How do I say, "Welcome to the team" in Japanese?
We have a new hire in our Japan office and I want to send him a welcome email. Not sure what say. Does チームよこそ sound right? Can I also say よろしくおねがいします?

I'd probably say:
"我が(=our)チームへ、ようこそ!" /
"ようこそ我がチームへ!"
or maybe "ようこそ我が〇〇(=name of the team)チームへ!"
(but these phrases might sound a bit too casual to be followed by よろしくお願いします...)
To sound more polite and formal, I'd say "ようこそ我が(〇〇)チームへいらっしゃいました。どうぞよろしくお願いします。"
