Hello Nick,
My first draft:
Left scroll: Wealth and fortune coming from all the rivers.
Right scroll: Trade and business booming to all the oceans.
"All the rivers" and "all the oceans" both mean all over the world, globally...

财源=wealth
茂盛=lush
达=like
三江=three rivers(长江Changjiang=Yangze River、黄河Huanghe=Yellow River、淮河Huaihe=Huai River)
生意=business
兴隆=booming
通=through
四海=four oceans=all of the world【四海之内皆兄弟=Within the four seas all men are brothers】

四海:古代儒家相传之地理观念,谓普天之下,皆为中国;中国之外,则为四海。而《山海经》之作者,以为四海之内为“海内”,“海内”之中有五山,而中国在焉。四海之外为“海外”,“海外”之外为“大荒”,“大荒”为日月所出入处,且在“海外”与“大荒”之间,尚有许多国家及山岳在焉。
最早提出“三江”名称的应是在战国时期(公元前475年—前221年)的《尚书》著作。《尚书》中有一篇《禹贡》,记述了我国九州(即全国分为冀、兖、青、徐、扬、荆、豫、梁、雍九州)的方域、地质、物产、贡赋、交通、政治、民族分布等,是我国最早的一篇人文地理的重要典籍。该书对扬州(九州之一,泛指今长江下游的江苏、浙江、上海的长江三角洲地区)地理的介绍为“三江即入,震泽底定。”这里所指的“三江”,主要是指长江、黄河、淮河,因长江三角洲地区绝大部分是海拔50米以下的平原,这些平原主要由长江、黄河、淮河冲积而成。

Nowadays only senior citizens might hang these stuff at home. To be honest with you, I haven't seen these things for ages. I am afraid so many of these things might be obsolete someday. If I wanted to obtain these things, antique shop might be the only place. :D
