"bath" in Chinese
How should I translate the word "bath" into Chinese? Is it 澡盆?
And are the words 浴盆 and 浴缸 dialect?

bath can be 浴缸、浴盆、澡盆、浴室、沐浴 etc.
its better to put the word in a sentence as there are many translations for one word and they may be slightly different

澡盆,浴盆,浴缸 they are just different names of bath, they mean the exactly same thing

浴盆 and 浴缸are both ok, but 浴缸 is more common. besides, you could say 澡盆,浴池
