ABOUT THIS TEACHER
I booked her before to take her lesson. And it was her mistake, she didnt show up. I sent her msg, and according to her, SHe misunderstand me and other student, this was the reason her delay. The problem was, she refunded me the fee, and canceled , removed the lesson record with me, it means, I couldnt complain to her in public. Students need to know, want to know, whether teachers are punctual or not.
In this case, in short, in her teacher'S page, there is no complain, but
She is the teacher who mistake her lessons's time, and remove the record.

No es que te evito SINO que no te he visto.
No es que te evito PERO es que no te he visto.
No somos amigos SINO hermanos.
No somos amigos PERO hermanos.
No somos amigos SINO hermanos.
Somos amigos PERO hermanos.
Both of them are preposition which have the same function, linking two phrases in which the second one is subordinate (dependant) of the first phrase. Main difference is that SINO will always go with a negative first phrase while PERO doesn't necessary need to. Whenever PERO is with a negative first phrase, meaning with SINO is the same but when is with a positive one, meaning change and give you the idea of something different than that expressed in the first phrase (can add info).
