Why people say "as well" in the end of sentence in English?
I asked, because I often hear "as well" when watching movies.

some people use as well at the end of a sentence like this
someone could say, you look well today, and the person could reply, you look good aswell,
As well" in this case means in addition, also, too, etc.
It is a shorthand phrase for one meaning, "and additionally others".

It's just another way to say "too" or "also", and I think using "as well" at the end like this is less common here in the U.S. compared the other English-speaking countries. We tend to just use "too".
