That'd be. "No hay salida" meaning there is no way to go back because something has been already done and cannot be change. That's the figurative way... Literally will be the same, there is no way out, like when you go to a street that is shut and you have to go back to get out of there. You could also you "No hay marcha atras". Although both are correct, probably the first one is just more common only because it's a bit shorter.
