answering to your comment on Amy's answer: yes, it's sino-korean.
some of uses for both systems:
Sino korean: prices, dates, when talking about your age in a formal way, when just counting (like Amy did)
Native korean: when counting things (like one apple = 사과 한 개 ), when telling your age in a casual way
TIME: use native system for hours, and sino for minutes
