Hannah,
Do you know why you asked this question?
One of the reasons might be that you rely too much on Chinese-English dictionary, I am assuming there is no any Chinese-Persian or Persian-Chinese dictionary available for your guys.
层:layer ===〉 level, floor in a building
You know why???
Just imagine, the floors of a high-rise building are just like the layers of an onion,
Onions are peeled off layer by layer
Buildings are piled up floor by floor
Which floor do you live on?
The second floor. 2楼 or 2 层
地:The earth, field, ground, floor, land, place......
地面:ground
地板:floor
A:What type of floor do you have in your home?
B:Ceramic tile flooring for the ground floor
Real wood flooring for the second floor
Carpet flooring for the top floor
