"I can't wait for it to happen." Does it mean "I look forward to it happen."? and
Is there any other meaning of it?

It means "I look forward to it happening, very strongly".
"I look forward to it" conveys basically the same meaning as "I can't wait for it to happen.", but the first phrase defintely lacks the intensity of the second.
