PLEASE HELP ME NOW!!!!!!!
The meaning of the phrase "마음 이 들리니?" is "do you hear my heart?"
However, when translated it means one by one, then the meaning of every word in the sentence is :
내 마음 이 = my heart
들리니 = Can you hear
so, where is the meaning of the word "me" in Korean?
I do not find the word 니 가 or 너는 ....

Hi,
Yeah... '내/네가' can be omitted in the case when you don't have to specify the conversation partner.
