hollow-chested? "He is a thin, hollow-chested man." What kind of a chest does he have?

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pectus_excavatum It literally means that someone has a hollow in their chest - like a depression on the outside. There is a photograph on the site. I have only ever seen one person with this condition, it does look unusual.

Hello! The opposite is "pigeon chest", or pectus carinatum.
