Witzig, spritzig, spannend und verschmitzt?
Are these words have concret meaning.
It seems to me they share kind of similar feeling!

witzig = likes to make jokes; is a funny person
spritzig = is full of energy
spannend = interesting, entertaining, keeping one engaged
verschmitzt = with a hidden smile; likes to do or say things that have a twist (but in a nice way)
They are all (mostly) positive, but the meaning is not the same.
