This means that when you meet someone for the first time you seem to have a easy friendship with them or the same ideas or have personalities that make you quick friends.

It means have a good relationship from the first time you meet a person or quickly become good friends with someone. Ex- you really hit it off with these women. ( you really quickly became good friend with these women)
