How can I say "not really"?
When we have some doubts about something we say not really instead of no.
Can you speak Spanish yet? Not really.
What is a similar expression in Spanish?
Thanks,
Matthew

I'd say it as "Realmente, no" or "sinceramente, no"

"En realidad, no." or "En verdad, no." the last one is more ordinary.
