If you need to learn Chinese slang. I recommend you go to the websites like 天涯论坛，新浪网，人人网. Those people speaks slang a lot. Mind you in China, slang are not allowed to enter dictionary entries. Only deadwords do. If want to enjoy some Chinese jokes=笑话, you could check those entertainment magzines or paper or ads brochures. But Chinese slangs most of time are offensive. So most people reject to speak slangs. By the way if you need to learn some leaned proverbs, you should get dictionaries like 成语词典, 谚语词典，歇后语词典. Those if you have matered some of them, you could be rich and more welcomed by Chinese. :)
