"Buked" is not regarded as a standard English word, but we understand it from "rebuked", meaning repressed, scolded, or criticised. The important thing is that a "rebuke" is given as a reaction to someone's behaviour (note that "re-" prefix). By removing the prefix, the speaker is ımplyıng that they haven't done anything to deserve such poor treatment.
