Industrial park = specific place wherein many Industries / commercial houses are built / developed.
Industrial zone= Huge ground / place dedicated to build, develop and function many industrial products / industries.
Do you have any Industrial Park in Tokyo ?
In Tokyo there is a huge Industrial zone in .......... prefecture.
