I know that there are different levels of politeness in Korean. How would you politely say "Hello, my name is Iris" to just about anybody. Older or younger than you?

You can say 안녕 하세요, it means hello in your sentence,this is very commom politeness greeting word in korean, it does not have any differences with age.
