「と思えない」と「と思わない」の質問
'I do not think that ...' is usually written as と思えない which is also what i learnt.
today, i came across と思わない where the translation also states 'i do not think that...'
are they the same?

思えない=思うことが出来ない
I can not think that...
思わない
I do not think that...

「と思えない」is Negative sentence "I do not think that"
「と思わない」is Negative Question "Do not you think that"
