I would agree more with syraxes's second meaning, missing something you used to have, such as good times with a lover. There is a country music song in America titled, "I Still Miss Someone" which lists the things the singer misses about his/her old lover (the "someone" in the title). However, the meaning is not limited to old lovers; it could be a childhood home, a special time in life, a group of friends, a meaningful career, almost anything.

It can mean both, depending on the context.
Because the sentence contains "still" I am tempted to say that it's more likely that it means (2) : you were missing many objects. You have purchased most of them . But you still have some objects that you "still" don't have.
But it's also possible to have a context for the (1). You broke up with the girlfriend. 6 months passed. But you still miss so many things (that you used to do together with her).
