What are the differences between 'impel', 'force', 'lead' in these sentences?
1.The Opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which 'impel' them to the separation.
2.The Opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which 'force' them to the separation.
3.The Opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which 'lead' them to the separation.

They are different in the degree of force used.
"lead" means that someone was influenced by this
"impelled" means someone was STRONGLY influenced to the point where he or she FELT like they had no choice.
"forced" means that the person had no choice and must do what was done.
