People make a noise of an extended 'm' - 'mmmm' when they are satisfied or enjoying themselves.
If a person had a long day and were able to lie on a comfortable sofa, they might say "Mmmm. This feels perfect!"
It is not so much a word as a noise of satisfaction or approval.
In rarer cases, depending on the situation and the tone, it could be a noise of dissatisfaction.
