The question should be asked like this i think." Are you hungry ?" not do you have a hungry

¡Hola! Daniel, are you asking about someone's desire for food? If so, you would say "Are you hungry?"
I have heard "I have hunger," but this is uncommon.
"Do you have a hungry?" is incorrect.
