"I don't care" like どうでもいい dou demoii
And "Whatever" just なんでもいい nan demoii

気(き)にしていない kinishite inai
どうでもいい doudemo ii
For example,
I don't care. 私(わたし)の知(し)ったことじゃない。 watashino shitta kotojya nai
I don't care if he betrayed me. 私(わたし)は彼(かれ)が裏切(うらぎ)ったって構(かま)わない。watashi wa karega uragittatte kamawanai
