could you suggest some thank you phrases for me to reply a email in business?
Apart from "thank you or thanks", can I just say "Well noted with thanks" or something else in a reply letter?
Please teach me how to say with common way!(better in a one sentence)

You also could write, "Thank you for (your letter of November 5/contacting us) or "We deeply appreciate."

In business writing, ''thanks'' is a little too colloquial for emails. It's only appropriate if you already know the business contact quite well.
So write out the expression fully, as Valeria has suggested.
