おはよ or おはよう??

おはよう is correct.
おはよ is informal, we use it between friends, family and close people. If you see "おはよー" in writing, it's also informal and used as same as おはよ.

Those are same but Ohayo is use close age close people, Ohayou use close age in general. But not so much diffenece .
