All are correct except this one: You have neither money nor you're handsome. (for a man) There are a few reasons this is incorrect. First, when you link two things with neither/nor, make sure they are of the same group. Basically, you should be able to switch them around. You have grouped "money" with "you". That is, "neither money" and "nor you". If we switch these around, you can see the problem. "You have neither you nor money are handsome." Instead, you want to link "have money" and "are handsome." So you would say "You neither have money nor are handsome." You could also say "You neither have money, nor are you handsome." This requires a comma, because the second part is now a complete thought with its own subject. Your original sentence should have used a comma for the same reason as well.
