What does this mean?
You bring the fool out of my tool, baby use your tubes, make me wanna change my ways.
I can sense it means "you do something to me" in general.
Thank you.

The lyrics were transcribed wrongly. It should read,
"You bring the fool out of my groove, baby use your tools, make me wanna change my ways."
You bring the fool out of my groove = I'm usually casual ("in the groove"), but around you I feel and act foolish.
Baby use your tools = Use your tricks and techniques (your "feminine wiles")
Make me wanna change my ways = I'll do whatever I must to keep you
Ducreux would be so proud.
