Pay advice vs Payslip?
I'd like to know which one of those terms (I think they are synonyms) is most used, pay advice or payslip.
Thank you.

they are not the same thing. A pay slip is just the receipt or record you get along with your pay. You get it at the same time as you receive your pay check. I have never heard of pay advice, but there is a pay advance, which means you ask for, and receive, a portion of your pay at a time before you would normally receive it.
