What is the difference between "Teacher and Tutor?"
Is the difference is that teacher teaches in educational institutions as schools and tutor teaches someone specifically at home? If not, correct my mistakes and make it clearer for me :)

I don't believe that the difference has anything to do with the number of hours a person works or whether or not they get paid.
The difference has to do with the responsibility level of the person.
A teacher is someone who is responsible for presenting new information and guiding a student's learning process.
A tutor is someone who helps the student study. It is not his job to decide what the student should learn next, but simply to give the student help in learning what the teacher has given.

A teacher works all day at a school and a tutor just works a couple hours a day with one student . A tutor may also be a student at a university who is earning money whilst studying and conducts a tutorial group for other university students who are younger.
Tutors may be paid or just be a volunteer for an organisation. Teaching is a career and also subject to the principal and the school board. Tutors can be privately hired by parents. Tutoring can take a couple hours or just one.
Teaching takes all day and covers many subjects. Tutoring can cover several subjects as well. Teachers have many students, private tutors have just the one student.
