Plz explain me the meaning and use of "lash out" .

Please explain TO ME the meaning..... we never say explain me in English, only "explain to me."
To lash out, is to strike out verbally at someone. To yell, to insult, to verbally abuse someone are all synonyms for lashing out.

This means to very angrily attack someone or some group, either vocally or physically, many times in an uncontrolled manner (or seeminly uncontrolled). It is also sometimes sudden, but not always.
"She lashed out at her sister, calling her lazy and worthless."
"The politician lashed out at illegal immigrants, demanding their immediate deportation."
