Are they all natural? any other way to say it? Please I will drop in on you the next time I am in this area / this locality / this vicinity / this neck of the woods.

They are all correct, grammatically. The ones that sound most natural are 'this area' and 'this neck of the woods'. 'Vicinity' is used more for written English and is more formal.
