What does 꿀꿀 mean? I know it's some type of slang.. Like 날씨는 참 꿀꿀하네 or 꿀꿀하지만

It's a slang word meaning bad.
날씨(가) 참 꿀꿀하네. The weater is really bad. It's really bad weather.
꿀꿀하다. I'm feeling bad.
