"There's a line in this song that goes ... "
To say "there are some lyrics which are " etc is a bit formal, more spoken is to say a line of a song or some words in the song (like a poem). Usually I just use the word "lyrics" when searching for them on the web :)

There is no singular form for "lyrics". Same for non-singular words such as scissors, pants, glasses (spectacles) etc.
