The sentence "I'm enjoying talking with friends" is grammatically correct. It means that you're talking with friends at this very moment. A simpler way to say it is, "I enjoy talking with friends." But this simpler way is more general, and does not emphasize that you're talking with friends right now.

The 2nd one is strange too. ( Is this sentence strange?). You could say ' I'm enjoying talking with friends' (state and action verbs look it up), but it's not grammatically correct. You should say 'I enjoy talking with friends'.

I´m talking with friends or I enjoy talking with friends. The first one is something you are doing now and the second something you enjoy to do.
