Are the sentences below correct? Please help me
Governments should first take step to tackle this problem and then minimize the sequence of this issue. In the first step, the governments should ban either the violent programs which are televised on TV, or selling of violent games. Secondly, they should legislate some regulations and laws in this regard to reduce the crime rate.One of the fundamental laws they should enact is to ban selling of guns within a society. The accessibility of guns can increase the crime rate more easily.

Next, regulations and laws should be enacted to help reduce the crime rate. The banning of the sale of guns should be one of the first steps taken to help decrease crime, as the accessibility of guns in society can have a direct effect on the crime rate.
